Responsible for the direction and management of the Company's legal activities, including managing all internal and external legal resources, providing senior management with strategic advice on Company initiatives, involvement in complex business transactions, acting as secretary to the Board of Directors, and providing counsel on all corporate governance related matters. Oversee development, implementation and ongoing effectiveness of corporate policies, procedures and programs and provide continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters and on legal implications of business decisions on all matters.
