General Counsel, in addition preparing, analyzing, and counseling on a wide range of commercial agreements and matters, including technology licensing, marketing support, and regulatory matters, you will advise on all IP issues, including patent prosecution and enforcement. We have grown from 15 to 70 people within the past year, but you will be contributing as the first pure legal hire. Strategically review, develop, and manage company’s IP portfolio to ensure appropriate protection.
