We are seeking a part-time General Counsel to advise and oversee our legal affairs. This individual will provide oversight and advice for a wide range of legal matters including those related to compliance, tax-exempt organizations, contracts, litigation, risk management, data protection and privacy, insurance, real-estate, and labor & employment matters. The General Counsel will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
