The Senior Corporate Counsel serves as an attorney for corporate legal initiatives, providing internal clients with effective advice on business decisions and their implementation and ensuring that contracts limit company’s exposure and comply with applicable laws and industry regulations, and company’s practices, while supporting corporate goals and strategies.
