Responsible for the Management of assigned claims center operations and associated satellites Spokesperson and key contact for the Claims Center/HUB. Manage overall operations of the Claims Center. Manage overall Claims Center and satellite resource allocations, staffing, training, career development and performance evaluation. Manage and/or oversee all major claims; provide advice on case strategy , resolution and coverage decisions. Assign Claims Counsel/Manager/Specialist to process claims.
