The Assistant General Counsel will be responsible for overseeing legal regulatory matters (mortgage insurance and real estate services) for the Company and its subsidiaries. Given the Company's business, oversight primarily will focus on state insurance and federal regulatory matters, including federal laws impacting the mortgage finance industry. Oversee insurance regulatory compliance, including investment portfolio compliance, communications with insurance regulators, licensing, examinations and filings for the Company and its subsidiaries. Oversee federal regulatory compliance with respect to mortgage insurance and real estate services.
