Conducts, leads and/or oversees internal investigations relating to alleged violations of the Company Code of Business Conduct (and other policies and procedures) and legal or regulatory requirements by (1) reviewing facts and analyzing legal and policy requirements; (2) working independently or with cross-functional teams to investigate allegations; (3) providing guidance on the handling of investigations; and (4) reviewing findings and recommendations with management. Ensures effective functioning of the internal investigations process, oversees a database of case information, monitors the performance of investigators, performs trend analyses, and recommends follow-up actions based on investigatory conclusions and trend analyses.
