Company requires a talented and experienced attorney to provide legal advice and guidance to the management of the company and its growing employed physician practice with respect to physician transactions, contracts and to provide general counsel advice for its physician practice. The successful applicant will perform the following core functions; Preparation, review, negotiation and counseling on physician employment and group service agreements and handling and structuring of other physician transactions for the physician group. Structuring, negotiation, supervision and documentation of physician transactions.
