Play a key role in handling strategic, commercial transactions from both a legal and business perspective. Manage various aspects of complex and strategic commercial deals from inception to execution including negotiation, drafting, and modification of deal terms. Correspond regularly with large, strategic partners during deal negotiations. Regularly engage with senior management and internal business units regarding business opportunities and strategic deals.
