As Senior Legal Counsel - Employment you will support our HR group and also provide general legal support for company’s other Corporate groups (e.g., Facilities, Finance, etc.). Provide legal advice to HR and managers on all types of employment law matters, including hiring, discipline, and termination, wage and hour rules, disability accommodation, harassment, OFCCP obligations, trade secret protection, investigations, and related litigation. Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of company policies and compliance efforts. Provide training to HR and managers throughout U.S. on employment issues and business ethics.
