Full-time 8838 Senior VP, General Counsel

Reporting to the President & CEO, the responsibility of the General Counsel will be to ensure that the company achieves its strategic and operational objectives while complying with all required legal and regulatory obligations. Based in the company’s San Diego corporate office, this position will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and will work directly with the executive leadership team and Board of Directors to participate in the formulation of company strategies and their implementation. Most critical will be the need to implement a risk management framework that supports the “speed of business” while ensuring proper risk and control mechanisms are invoked.
