The primary function of this position is to work with VP Sales to interface and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise, business strategy advice and counsel in contracting practices to drive and coordinate the review, negotiation and administration of company contracts with its OEM customers, including Master Service Agreements, Supply Agreements and other corporate commercial agreements. This person is expected to ramp quickly and assume a leadership role and manage the commercial contract negotiation and review function for the company. This role will be based out of company’s Corporate office in San Jose, CA.
