Work closely with the corporate development, business unit, and patent teams to implement the company’s commercial and intellectual property decisions in written agreements. Draft, interpret, analyze, and negotiate a variety of complex domestic and international commercial and intellectual property agreements including license (including software license), sales, strategic partnership, collaboration, research, marketing, development, settlement, supply, material transfer, nondisclosure, and consulting agreements. Develop template agreements and terms of use. Conduct IP transactional due diligence.
