We’re looking for an experienced corporate attorney to be one of the founding members of our legal team. In this role, you’ll primarily be focused on corporate matters, including securities, corporate governance, M&A, contracts and general corporate matters. As you’ll be a key part of a small, agile legal team, you should also be excited by and be able to assist the Company with other areas as well, including but not limited to intellectual property, employment, litigation, privacy and international law.
