This position will report to General Counsel and/or President/CEO. Provides legal services to company, advises on company strategies and implementation, manages legal functions, and oversees legal work of outside counsel. Reports to President and CEO concerning the operation, budget, compliance, performance and issues with the pipeline operations. Provide oversight of pipeline operation, which includes, but not limited to: preventative maintenance, quality and inventory control, performance optimization, instrumentation controls and calibration, safety programs and compliance, GIS system, pipeline monitoring and emergency management.
