This position will report to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, will interact with senior business leaders of company's various business segments and functions, and will work both independently and with other Law Department team members on sophisticated and challenging legal matters. Responsibility for all legal matters of assigned businesses and functions. Providing advice to executives and their teams on a broad range of complex commercial matters, including U.S. and international transactional matters with customers and vendors and related contractual issues. Assisting in the development of commercial strategies.
