Serve as an internal expert on a wide range of compliance topics, including but not limited to: Medicare marketing rules, provider marketing rules, HIPAA, Medicare billing and coding guidelines, patient safety, Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General requirements, and mandated reporting obligations Ensure all relevant staff have appropriate compliance training on an ongoing basis. Advise internal team members on compliance questions, and conduct research as needed.
