Provide legal advice and guidance to management, departments and staff. Perform and supervise legal research and analysis on various legal issues relating to the acquisition and servicing of consumer finance and lease contracts and inventory financing for company brand vehicles and company’s operations. Supervise and manage outside counsel including legal costs, fees and budgets. Participate in auto finance industry related committee meetings on behalf of the Legal Department and otherwise work to develop relationships with counterparts in other auto finance companies.
