The Company is seeking an experienced legal professional to support legal activities in China as part of the China, Japan and Korea (“CJK”) region of the Law Department’s Global Law Affairs group. The Paralegal [Legal Analyst] will report to and work directly with the Business Manager for the Law Department and Country Counsel in Beijing, and interface with a variety of Law Department attorneys and staff in regard to particular business unit or functional matters. Review and develop understanding of national and regional regulatory regimes that will have an impact on the company. Understand and be able to communicate U.S. and local regulations as well as internal procedures associated with the giving and accepting of gifts and gratuities to commercial and government persons.
