Provide continuous counsel, advice and support to a variety of internal stakeholders and business units of the company. Provide legal advice and research in areas such as contracts, risk management, employment and labor law, compliance and general corporate matters. Responsibilities will include: draft, negotiate and review commercial agreements/contracts and other agreements with vendors, customers and other third parties; work with internal business groups to determine need for and scope of potential contracts, dispute resolution and other complex commercial transactions.
