This position is for a Litigation and Compliance Counsel supporting consumer mortgage servicing and operations. Litigation and Compliance Counsel reports to Compliance Counsel and the EVP/General Counsel, and is responsible for managing litigation and contested foreclosures/evictions as well as providing legal advice and interpretations of regulations to support the Compliance Department and operation. Provide legal advice and service by combining skill in litigation with sound business reasoning and knowledge of objectives of the company or assigned business units.
