Member of the legal department with responsibility for supporting the sales, marketing and operations functions of a high-growth, publicly-held global diagnostics company. Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts pertaining to the company’s purchase of various services and goods (supply agreements, software licenses, etc.) and the sale and distribution of the company’s products (customer agreements, distribution agreements, etc.).
