Company is looking for an excellent General Counsel to manage the legal affairs, human resources, real estate and general contracting of this fast growing company and serve as its compliance officer. You will be responsible for negotiating, writing, reviewing, summarizing, researching and executing a wide variety of agreements, specifically employee contracts, marketing agreements, license agreements, real estate leases, confidentiality agreements, and other general business contracts for our clinics throughout California. You will ensure that company operates within legal and regulatory compliance at all times and limit risk exposure, offer counsel on legal issues.
