In the role of Counsel you will be responsible for international legal issues, including, drafting, reviewing and administering franchise documents, vendor agreements, NDAs and other commercial contracts; handling trademark matters; and providing general legal advice to various company representatives while working under the International Counsel. Qualified candidates will have earned a Bachelor’s degree and a Law degree (from an accredited law school and admission to the bar); have 5 years of applicable experience in a law firm or corporate legal department; strong organizational, verbal and written communication and presentation skills; demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with outside law firms and vendors. Occasional domestic and/or international travel will be required.
