In this position, you will negotiate and draft agreements relating to the development, production and distribution of live action and animated theatrical motion pictures and television series; provide advice on guild issues, including SAG, DGA, WGA and foreign guilds; and oversee clearance and ancillary rights issues. You will advise production executives on legal issues relating to these areas and other areas, as assigned. Experienced production attorney needed to handle legal affairs matters at the company. This position is responsible for providing legal affairs services for all production activities of the company.
