The Executive – General Counsel provides legal leadership and strategic legal advice to company's Global Services Business. The Executive Counsel will be expected to drive towards business growth and more integrated and efficient processes, manage intellectual property with the IP function (co-development agreements, in-licensing, out-licensing etc.) and ensure compliance and governmental regulatory affairs (HHS, FDA and CMS strategies) are managed appropriately. The Executive General Counsel will play an active leadership role across the Legal function as a whole across the company, e.g. leading on key projects.
