The Corporate Counsel will provide general corporate and commercial legal services to a variety of in-house clients across multiple corporate functions at the company. Such duties shall also include providing legal support and counseling for the growth and integration of the company's recently acquired Voxeo global business, and supporting due diligence for other M&A activity as needed. The Corporate Counsel reports directly to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and works with the company's business operations, serving as lead counsel on strategic deals, providing day-to-day advice, resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries, and identifying opportunities for and implementing process improvements.
