We are looking for a collaborative, energetic, business-savvy attorney with experience supporting consumer marketing, advertising, business development, strategic alliances, partnerships and other technology transactions (with a preference for candidates with experience related to the digital marketing and/or ad tech sectors). You will focus on supporting the deal work of company’s growing Consumer Marketing and Revenue Partnerships teams, which, among other things, are tasked with developing data-driven partnerships that improve company’s ability to target, measure the efficacy of, and otherwise improve the performance of its marketing and advertising initiatives. You will work closely with Legal team colleagues, as well as with business leaders throughout the company, advising on legal risks, strategies and other issues related to the commercial deals you support.
