Company is seeking a Counsel with a well-diversified background and the ability to contribute to a Company with rapid international expansion. Reporting directly to the Associate General Counsel, the Counsel will ensure that the Company’s business strategies, policies and programs are properly implemented. Responsible for assigned day-to-day legal activities, including but not limited to contract review and negotiation, litigation management, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. Provide assistance with global joint ventures, distribution and other strategic partnerships, and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
