The Real Estate Contracts Specialist provides oversight for all existing real estate leases and negotiates new leases on behalf of the corporation, including those for Global Business Units (GBUs) and regional operations. The position supports the company, Global Shared Services., Facilities and Real Estate portfolio management and contributes to strategic execution of complex Real Estate transactions and negotiates business points under the supervision of counsel and the Department Manager. The Transaction Manager interacts regularly with Brokers, Real Estate Managers, Construction Managers, Design Managers and Outside Legal Counsel.
