At least eight (8) years of progressively increasing responsibility managing complex real estate transactions from inception to completion. Experience should include drafting ground and commercial leases, as well as all lease related documents, permits, licenses, easements, and other transactional documents. Experience negotiating real estate transactions, including ground, commercial and/or industrial leases; engaging in arbitration and mediation regarding rent reviews and other lease disputes. Excellent academic credentials.
