The primary purpose of the role is to contribute to the maintenance and development of a robust compliance and regulatory control framework within the group by: Implementing projects to enhance Compliance department operation. Conducting and supervising ad hoc reviews of Compliance department activities; and Working with the Compliance department, senior management, the business, other control functions such as Internal Audit and Risk, to support and enhance the compliance and regulatory control framework. Support the Compliance team in delivering the Annual Compliance Plan and Compliance Monitoring Programme to identify, monitor and manage regulatory risk including financial crime.
