In this newly created role, the Corporate Counsel will report to the Associate General Counsel and will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating software licensing, consulting, channel and other agreements in support of sales, marketing, engineering and other internal business teams. In addition, Corporate Counsel will provide legal advice and counsel relating to intellectual property matters (including open source) and participate in projects that facilitate the company's growth strategies.
