This position reports to the Vice President, Legal, and is responsible for handling legal matters for the company and assisting in the administration, implementation, application of, and training pertaining to, the company's code of conduct and compliance programs. Provide counsel, advice, and legal services to the company related to, including, without limitation, litigation and disputes, regulatory issues, labor and employment matters, crisis management, business continuity, manufacturing, intellectual property matters, environmental matters, financial regulations, company policies, and other business-related matters. Provide litigation support, including reviewing and editing of pleadings and motions; reviewing and responding to subpoenas and other demands for information; document production; witness preparation; reviewing and responding to regulatory investigations; and other activities related to litigation, arbitration, claims, and other disputes.
