Responsible for providing legal representation, advice, counsel, and opinions in all areas of law affecting the Talent Acquisition Solutions, including providing counsel on FCRA and employment law. Provide counsel and advice concerning compliance matters, including those that impact client offerings as well as day-to-day operations of the businesses. Provide legal counsel regarding the international expansion of the company. Oversee and lead the negotiation and drafting of corporate documents such as NDA's, client agreements, technology licenses, service agreements, vendor agreements and other commercial agreements.
