The role is to provide strategic advice regarding the people, processes, and technology employed by company to conduct the review of documents for Litigation matters, including civil litigations, regulator investigations, and internal investigations. The Strategic Review counsel will oversee the selection of providers of document review services, establish protocols and standard workflows for the conduct of document review that incorporate industry best practices, and advise as to strategy on for the company’s complex and/or high-stakes litigation matters. Create protocols outlining the company’s processes for the conduct of document review on specific matters, including vendor operating guidelines, review workflows, and quality control procedures.
