Bank seeks an attorney with broad experience advising banks to lead company’s legal team that supports retail banking, consumer lending and commercial treasury cash management businesses and a variety of the Bank’s internal bank-wide support functions. The preferred location for the position is in the Bank’s Los Angeles office. Lead the legal team who provides legal counsel to the following Bank business and support functions, and depending on areas of expertise, provide legal counsel to such businesses and support functions: Retail branch banking, including retail and commercial deposits and branch operations.
