Provide legal counseling and support to the operations and businesses of the Divisional Organization in order to promote the strategies as well as identify and reduce the risks for 2 headquarter locations of company in the US and the dedicated additional manufacturing sites. Review, draft and negotiate all kind of agreements and legal documents according to need and request of business (in particular related to manufacturing, supply, distribution R&D, CDA, quality, construction, licensing, service and consultancy, etc.); handle corporate affairs and support functions of the company in the US; handling and counseling on all other legal affairs (litigation, customer complaints, etc.)
