The Senior Counsel for Consumer Compliance will report to the Assistant General Counsel for Compliance. This is a newly-created position due to the company’s strong growth and expansion. The Senior Counsel will work with the Assistant General Counsel on consumer credit and consumer finance issues to ensure that the Board of Directors, management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company’s Standards of Conduct.
