Company is building an internal Legal function and is looking to recruit an experienced attorney as the Company’s Corporate Counsel (“Counsel”) to lead this newly-created function and drive a comprehensive program supporting company’s growth and business focus around scaling the Company’s infrastructure and operations. The successful candidate will be a leader who can provide guidance and act as an advisor on key legal matters as they relate to the Company's business; he/she should be a business-oriented legal executive with the ability to provide business solutions and strategies in the Company’s highly entrepreneurial and high-growth environment.
