Legal Counsel will have the opportunity to work with a small, high-performing team with exposure to business leaders. This position reports directly to the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel and will provide legal review of sales and marketing matters, will draft and negotiate various types of commercial contracts, and provide counsel to the sales and marketing, regulatory and medical teams. Legal Counsel will also provide employment counseling and other general legal advice to the businesses and manages litigation.
