The Associate Legal Counsel is the focal point responsible for the negotiation and legal clearance of all contractual relationships of operations in the Americas. In addition, this role will include providing first line legal support for any other matters within the Legal & Compliance group which arise under US federal and state laws, including in particular compliance, insurance and IP matters. Based in the Global Centre for the Americas in Bethesda, the role manages the actions needed in the Americas region to appropriately draft, update, renew and electronically store the Organization’s contracts and individual agreements governing based activities.
