Structure, draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including but not limited to: international distribution agreements, sponsorship agreements, athlete agreements, creative services agreements, ad or PR agency agreements, talent and model releases, entertainment agreements, intellectual property licenses, agreements with suppliers, vendors, wholesale accounts, real estate leases, and nondisclosure agreements.
