We are seeking an experienced attorney with superior organizational skills to perform and supervise legal work on a wide variety of issues including general litigation, contracts, compliance, and corporate transactions. Individual must be able to prioritize effectively, adapt to a fast-paced, growing environment, and exhibit an ability to complete routine legal projects while problem-solving effectively on a daily basis. Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) full years of large law firm experience in one or more of the above areas, demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills and be outgoing and engaging.
