Company is looking to add to its legal team a 3rd through 7th year intellectual property litigator who will handle a variety of IP and litigation-related responsibilities. Reporting to the head of Litigation and Intellectual Property, this position will assist with pre-litigation and litigation matters and help organize company’s overall docket. Primary tasks will include responding to subpoenas and discovery requests, working with company employees on information gathering and document productions, and managing outside counsel on pre-litigation and litigation matters.
