Company is looking for an experienced attorney who can support Products organization with issues relating to the development and release of company’s software products and services. This position reports to the Senior Corporate Counsel, Products and Services and will assist the Senior Corporate Counsel in advising clients on various legal risks and other issues related to (1) licensing in or procuring third parties’ components, services or technologies, (2) consulting or professional services agreements, (3) strategic alliances or development partnerships, (4) product marketing, and (5) developing processes and agreement templates for company’s Products and Services.
