Position will report directly to General Counsel, and will lead a team of regulatory attorneys and other legal professionals in advancing the company's regulatory agenda. Role is to act as principal bank regulatory attorney for the company, advising on federal and state bank regulatory reform and ongoing and future developments, with particular emphasis on guiding the company through changes in banking law, regulation and risk. As the head bank regulatory attorney for the company, this role is to provide legal advice and strategic counsel on U.S. banking law and regulation to internal legal counsel, business lines, compliance, risk management and senior management.
