Provide counsel and advice on general corporate and securities law matters affecting the entire organization, and work with representatives from various business lines and support units. Work with Corporate Finance on M&A and divestiture activities including conducting due diligence, preparing confidentiality agreements, bid letters, acquisition agreements and assisting in the preparation of regulatory applications. Serve as a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group within the Corporate/Fiduciary Division of company’s Legal Department.
