The Legal Counsel will be directly involved in deadline-driven business transactions negotiating contracts concerning Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Media, and Business Law. The person in this position will be responsible for assisting in various types of litigation and legal matters pertaining to the organization. He/she will provide assistance in the preparation of legal documents, research and compilation of data from various legal references, as well as the preparation of contracts drafts and management of case filings and meeting minutes.
