Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the corporate counsel will be responsible for acting as an agent for company with regards to all legal matters, liabilities and rights. The corporate counsel will be responsible for negotiating, writing, reviewing, summarizing, researching and executing a wide variety of agreements for the company and our clients with an emphasis towards commercial real estate lending and securitization. Advise executives within the company and work alongside employees in Strategic Business Units, Brand Communication, Sales, Human Resources and Corporate Alliances.
